A nice place for sightseeing in Bologna. Amazingly nice staff and host. Magnificent and incredible setting in the heart of the city. Nice surrounding, short walk to local shops, bars, cafes and restaurants, Modena and the centre.

This apartment was an ideal base for exploring Bologna. It is located in a very nice area close to the bus stop and all tourist attractions.

everything was great, felt safe. best possible location, really close to some of the must sees in bologna, like colossal towers, based close to the place. also, it was not too far from city center.

Great location in the heart of the city, close to all the main attractions and with easy access to public transportation. We were able to walk everywhere and explore the city with ease. the apartment was spacious and well-organized, providing us with a comfortable stay. the natural and interior lighting was a nice touch, making the apartment feel bright and airy.

There were a few issues during our stay that could have been improved. It would have been better if we had been informed about this beforehand.

Excellent location in the heart of the city, close to all major sites. Easily reachable by public transport, with a taxi stand right at the front door. Reasonably quiet despite being on a major street with bus traffic. Wonderful host with good communication. Spacious apartment with all necessary amenities

Nothing, everything was great.

The apartment had a flat-screen TV, which was great because I can't go a day without my reality shows. And the dining area was convenient for all the takeout I ordered.

Who needs a good night's sleep anyway? The noise outside from people partying was just the cherry on top of my vacation.

I always choose this place because it has helpful staff who gave me local info. It suits me perfectly with Free Wi-Fi, an electric kettle, cookware, and AC. It also has a flat-screen TV, a lift, cots, and is pet-friendly. Can't wait to come back for my next trip!

The location was fire, right in the heart of Bologna. We hit up the best shops and grubbed at dope restaurants. We even found this sick club nearby where we partied like there was no tomorrow. The owner was mad cool and gave us the freedom to do our thing. All of us had a blast!

The only thing that would have made our stay even more lit would have been if the hotel had a rooftop party area. Imagine chilling on a rooftop terrace, blasting music and dancing under the stars.

Spacious and well-equipped kitchen with a dining table, perfect for cooking and enjoying meals with a group of friends. The flat-screen TV with cable channels provided great entertainment during our downtime. The private bathroom was clean and had a luxurious feel with the bidet, free toiletries, and hairdryer. The free WiFi was an added bonus, allowing us to stay connected throughout our stay. The views of the garden were absolutely beautiful, creating a peaceful atmosphere in the accommodation.

The apartment at Residenza Piazza Santo Stefano was cozy and felt like a home away from home.

Personally, I didn't find the air conditioning very effective. However, others might find it sufficient.

The value for money at this hotel was excellent, with a clean and well-equipped room that had everything we needed. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city and within walking distance to all the main attractions. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome throughout our stay.

The breakfast selection could have been better with more variety.
